spontaneous qigong and closing movment
Do i need to do a closing movment when doing spontaneous qigong ? i assume i do and if so than when to do it ? if i do 4 hours of spontaneous qigong do i need to close the movement only at the end ?

Spontaneous means to do whatever comes along WD. As I have suggested previously you need a Teacher.... How can you do 4 hours of S Qigong if you don't know what Spontaneous means. |
But again i have a teacher - i have the buddhist teacher who told me to do s qigong and i sent him a video of me even to check - and i have some teachers of not s qigong just not one and not teaching s qigong
just need to know if i finish the s qigong with a closing movment or is it just to learn to be spontaneous or something else like that and if i do a closing movmemnt is it only one time or maybe more |

If you have Teachers WD you should follow their advice, ask them.... If they can't answer your questions look for another Teacher. |
I usually don't do quite so much qigong at a stretch (4 hours is a lot!), but no matter how long it's for, a closing movement is good for multiple reasons.
It helps solidify the intention to remain aware in the body, particularly at the lower dantian. This helps not only from a subtle energy standpoint, but is also a component of mindfulness and awareness of the present moment (often linked with abdominal breathing), which is crucial to being able to take the internal benefits of qigong practice into everyday life. It also emphasizes the lower dantian/lower chakras, which is helpful because when you've been building up a lot of energy, it becomes important not to hold onto too much excess – to stay rooted/grounded But if it's "spontaneous" like you say, and you're wondering whether to do one, it sounds like maybe that's your inclination? In any event, you won't hurt anything by doing it |

Spontaneous Qigong has no inclinations, it's going with the flow in that present moment. If you close up then you also would have had to open, which again is not spontaneous. |
So it has different objective than "regular" qigong ?
spontaneous qigong goal is to learn to be wu wei ? would doing spontaneous qigong be benifical if i do it for example just 5 minutes during the day no pre or post movment required ? |
There are no "requirements", people just have different models of how to understand and work with these things. In the end, you may be better off not trying too hard. If you're too caught up in every detail while you're doing it, you're less likely to experience it because you're in your head. Meditation can be helpful there

WD you need to find a new Teacher if you really want to practice Qigong properly as you seem to be confused as to what ' Spontaneous ' means. Another thing you can bear in mind is.... It isn't the quantity of Qigong you do but the quality..... |
Well i have a meditation teacher that dosnt go into details just says i should do spontaneous qigong - and a qigong teacher but hes not my sepsific teacher but of the group and he dosnt comment about spontaneous qigong ........ also some info is good to know and you can let it go while practicing but some level of understanding is good - even about how to meditate some knowledge can be helpful (i just sit now dont do nothing - but had a lot of questions before this point)
but re reading your answer sky it seems you say its not benifical to close at the end of the spontaneous qigong - cause it somehow ruins the point of it being spontaneous ? |
