Feeding
 

I'll use the example of bringing white light to your self or to a specific part of your body.


Once again you place your intention in the future.

The white light you will imagine the next seconds, will devour anything on its way,, digesting it and ltransforming it to its self.

Then you start the visualization.

For example I wanted to fill my stomach with white light.
I placed my intent of what the white light will do, and I saw it descending and devouring my stomach

My stomach disappeared inside of it and the light become even stronger after I fed it.


It works well for me and you can even imagine that the light is eating you completely transforming you into it self.

You can use the feeding concept for various purposes.


It's almost the same as sending negativity to the light.
It can work but if you do the same with the purpose to feed the light, the effect will be more powerful.

I completely agree with all of this.
The white light is like a life force.
