Sensation of someone blowing air on my face at night.
 

Hi,
I have had something start occurring about 6 months ago that I don't understand. It starting just happening every couple weeks, but has starting happening more frequently. Last night it happened several times within a 2 hour period. I will have been asleep for a few hours then all of a sudden I can hear and feel what seems like someone blowing air on my face causing me to awake startled. Because it happened so many times last night it is beginning to really bother me. This had never happened prior to six months ago.

I would like to understand why this is happening. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Hi welcome here... Something similar happened to my wife, once many decades ago, and once a year ago - stressed wasn't the word 'a kiss on her cheek' in bed in the night... I had a few calming words with her, firstly it could be your guides just trying to get your attention, and for you to know they are there protecting you, so you accept this, you can 'speak in mind' just say hi - if that's all that's happening.

Secondly, and I said this is more likely - as many on here know your Angel and your Higher Self will be with you from day one until the day you depart back home - 'but' Guides can come and go depending on your needs and guidance... and I said to my wife - its probably a guide that's been with you, and helping you for many decades, and has been instructed to leave/swap for another.

Just make sure your energy vibrations 'vibes' are good and high there, you can look online how to research this - good luck...

Thanks for your quick reply. This is just all new to me. I have researched online and the few articles I did find basically said it could be my spirit guide or a loved one who has passed letting me know they are near. I just wish I knew which it was. But your reply made me feel better. 😊

hi, been there, done that ;) well, maybe not that specificaly but still. I have felt that someone is touching me, hair, cheek, arm, hand, tickle of feet. but too something else twice now, and it is an air of a physical being, invisible. a kid in the home has felt someone poking on the back.

I wish I could give you an explaination of who or what it is that is doing it to you, but I don't, just want to share with you that you are not alone, and I have never been hurt by what ever, who ever, perhaps different beings, who is doing it. I do understand your concern, though.

It could be someone from the spirit world I love you giving you a hug and touching you to let you know that they are still around you even though they have gone

Next time it happens just try not to tense, and be relaxed 'no fear' and become more aware of the energy good/bad that's close 'be strong/breathe' - that might help 'knowledge is light'...

I'm not sure,but i think it's happening to me as well.How does the air feels like?Cold or hot?
In my case when it happens it's cold,and i can feel it's 'coming' from the left side of my face.My inner self pointed me at the ida nadi,and some others i talked to,said it's the 'breath' of the east.Something like air energy if you like.
And yes it happens at night.
