Aww, read your post and listened to your am songs...

Ok, Lucky 1, this song is for you and it might be my New Years Song, as I am getting giddy about the new year!

“Here Comes the Sun!” Beatles

So, now with a one arm side hug, a kick in the pants and a push out the door,... go, get on with vacationing and have a wonderful time with the boys!

ImthatIm, that was so cool to listen to all the layers of the song be built. As I was listening, I kind of phased out, not quite astral, but,... Very relaxing.

Ending up in jail songs.
The poor me songs.
And the cycle starts again.

It is good when one can do one’s ‘boasting’ on the dance floor and by singing:

Me thinks Spain perhaps is a good country for gypsies in Europe.

sentient, I love the four categories, reminds me of country music. :D I think they follow the gypsy philosophy of song writing! :D

OMG! The video! That will get your heart pumping!

Sentient, you inspired me to search out some “stomp” music! For those of you who are nursing the after effects of a New Years Celebration, you might want to skip this one! Stomp at Home https://youtu.be/VjMqEJMUjOo

But I am also leaving a lovely platter of Heuvos rancheros and a pitcher of the “hair of the dog”. :D

Happy New Year!

Hmmm. Bicycling you say, Nameless? Good idea!

Lucky 1, Point Blank, you are right, never heard of them, and wonderful. As we warmed up to 34 degrees Fahrenheit, I pictured the beach and palm trees and some lovely drink over ice. Oh, and the Jimmy Buffet, well, just the title made me laugh! :laughing6:

Lomax, your music reminds me of the 1980’s is that your favorite genre?

Here' another one i doubt anyone here has heard of but im betting yall will love!

Entrain......a band from the north east US took he theme song to the 1960' s sitcom "I Dream of Jennie" which was origianlly about 50 seconds long and wrote for the show by the Buddy Kaye Orchestra......wrote lyrics for it that follow the shows original story line.....that of an NASA astronuat who discovers a beautiful genie.....they evententially fall in love and marry........and extrapolate Buddy Kaye's 50 second intro into a 5 minute song telling tbe love story of major Nelson and Jennie

So here we go........Entrain........Jennie!
