Years ago I remember a friend telling me about what I believe is reflexology. I had the worst headache and they told me to apply pressure to the webbing between the thumb and the index finger on the, Tendon? Ligament? Interesting to find so much more about it here. I had no idea it was an actual study lol.

Yes. There are many different Reflexology points on the body for different things. I am not sure of where each is or what they do. I know there are quite a few on the feet.

I saw these socks you wear that have pictures of where each organ of the body you're taking care of. I'm sure there must be gloves with the same concept.
