If u feel/see a deceased one still stuck in somewhere, how to help him to move on his new direction on that side?

Is it better to do it by a human/a psychic medium,
or by a deceased ancestor/a spirit guide ?

Firstly you need to understand what you're doing.... When you understand that you'll also understand how best to help someone (quote) "....stuck in somewhere"

Until then, it's best left to those who have the necessary understanding.
