World Event - Virus Reminder
 

Hello Members

While we face difficult times that is a World wild event we have to stop and remember that this is a “Spiritual Community” that we are all a part of. We have all come to this site to look maybe to understand spiritual matters or seek to understand things going on around us.

I came to this site in February 2007, and I have seen many World events unfold. I too have lost friends in some of those events. While we never met in the physical, they were true friends. I have seen the power that we have to put a positive energy on events. This is yet another event that we are facing and will move on from.


What I can tell you is that we are all in this together, we are all Light Beings so we can best serve others by spreading that Light and not fear. I will close any thread that starts that serves only to spread fears and false information. I honor that we are all scared but too we are all on the same path of the exploration of spiritual awareness and understandings.

Wash your hands, (something we should always do), if you’re not feeling well make sure your taking care of not only yourself but those around you. Look at the bigger picture that we do not “need” that vacation right now, we “want” that vacation and that is something we have to really look at. We are social beings and we do not want to be isolated but at times that is this “forced down time” we so do not like to be given but are given.

I have and will remain to be here for anyone that needs to reach out to someone to talk to. The site also has an E Mail Address to access me at [email protected] I too monitor this E Mail daily.

Trust in that there is always someone to take a look at incoming messages.

Spread the LIGHT not the fear. We are all unique here in that we hold within us that spiritual connection.

Well said, there's too much negativity out on the web already. Unfortunately many people thrive on it in all walks of life, especially in times of crisis causing the negativity to spread which eventually leads to finger pointing and false blaming.

Totally agree, it's sad to see that the negativity and false information has made its way here.

Thank you, Lynn. Your efforts are appreciated, because negative posting and false claims of cures does its harm if people should believe it. As energy healers, it is our calling to uplift humanity. Before COVID-19, you claim you got the virus or a similar virus.
I do not doubt you.


About 5-6 years ago, a 15 year old girl had a fever of 104. The Father said to the Mother that "we are taking her to the hospital".
When they got to the hospital, the teenager no longer had a fever. Her Mother had given her some Ibuprofen and that reduced the fever to 'normal'. The teenager was released from the hospital.

A few days later, the teenager started having violent seizures and was rushed to the hospital. A few hours later, the parents were asked if it was okay to let her die. The parents said no.
She died......... and then was brought back to life. She was ventilated almost the full time she was in the hospital. She was in the hospital for 18 days.

During that time period, she was using the worst profanity a person could use. When she wasn't doing that, she was trying to get people to kill her.

The Doctors claimed she had some virus. What virus, they did not know. The Virus had attacked her brain.


Finally, she got released from the hospital.

Her happiest moment was getting a walker so she could get around.

She went to all kinds of therapies......... but she never fully recovered.

Today, she is back being a sweet young woman, 20 years old.

Her Father is proud of her. So is her Mother.

As we move forwards it seems that there are many steps backwards we face over again and again.

Vaccines have started to roll out and while I am on the fence about getting one, my Son has had his done and so wants me done. He is Autism Spectrum so he got moved up the list. I am in the age group that is next to come to the line.

Where I live we have no in door dinning open and we are having limited incoming from out of town. Yet get this you can still FLY in. Hotels can not book out of town guests (loop hole) residents of here book for their family.

Our numbers are going in the wrong direction again but the World too seems to be in a battle of its own with other countries so worse off.

Where is it all going to end ? This is where I am at now where is the end. Will a shot in the arm of those countries that can get it done going to be enough ?

I am not one for doom and gloom as that serves nothing, I am one for hope and for things moving forwards. Yet the test it seems will be with us for a time longer.

Not sure I want the Vax yet. 'fear'

Well done for highlighting this. Spread positivity rather than fear. The MSM and numerous comment sections do enough of that already. Our job is to spread positivity and encouragement to everyone.

I find that logging into good news websites is very positive. I started doing that about 8 months ago and it has made such a difference (especially with virus news). These sites have become my go-to sites for news now, and tend to get updated each day, even if we’re in the middle of a new variant’s wave and the MSM are pedalling fear and hopelessness.

What I have found during this pandemic is that ‘phases’ of activity or circumstance dong actually last that long, and that things do turn around quickly.

For instance: if you had said to me a year ago (when the UK was mired in Kent variant and locked down) that in 6 months time I would be in a lively pub, with mates, watching England play a major football final in front of a big crowd at Wembley, I would have said no chance. But that is exactly what happened.

Last month, the MSM were pedalling gloom and doom, saying that Omicron would wipe out Christmas and create a surge in hospitalisations come January, but that hasn’t really come to pass. Cases have been high, yes, but they haven’t really troubled the hospitals, and now this wave appears to be peaking and coming down in the UK, in similar ways to South Africa. It’s reckoned by modellers that France will also peak in 10 days time.

If anyone in the USA is worried about Omicron, don’t be. It will look like an ice-pick on a graph rather than a wave. A very steep increase, but also a very steep drop. And switch off the mainstream news.

Neil, great points! I've said the same all along, there is no need for fear. The majority need not worry so much, and for those that do, we are told they already have cure(s).

Hello Members and Friends

Well like all virus seem to do they expand and change, now its Delta that is turning into Omicron and I am sure there will be more names for our dear old friend Covid 19.

What I am seeing is less of the mass media "fears" showing up so that is nice, there is more information being given on what we should do and should know. We seem to be getting there.

I see 2024 before we are free from all of this, though I hope like many others like me to be wrong on this. Too this does not mean life is doom and gloom. I have to see this as a "lesson" on slowing down on seeing what really matters most to us. To come more together on the World level.

What I have noticed is that many my age (60) later this year is that they are not having to work as hard as before, as they are not working for that cruise, new car, time share, Vegas vacation, ext. Many have seen that they were working for that 2 week break only to come home and dive into that work again full on. Getting to slow down, work less, go to one car ext might well lead to a longer and healthier life.

Life does not need that full on pace to it, being able to do less maybe opens that door for us to do more. Get outside more instead of going inside to venues that are not open to mass events.

It is winter where I am and we have had our fun, snow and cold, localized flooding, now called "Atmospheric Rivers" instead of just a flood. So it seems even the weather is getting fancy names.

I am now on vaccine No 3 with my booster done, I too wonder where all this will go. Some places its mandatory if you want your job, others its a choice. There is no clear answer on all of this, and when we look at World history we do see mass events like this one.

Vaccinated or not be safe please. Wash your hands, wear a mask, avoid mass crowds, and know we will all get past this. Be kind to everyone that makes a choice on if a vaccination is for them or not.

I feel you could be right. We will have another two years of this virus. If we get another variant then it will likely go on for a lot longer. It would be nice if this ended very soon.

I am getting my third covid vaccination tomorrow. I am looking forward to that.

Good points raised there Lynn. what I see is a lot of fear mongering amongst the media and TV not that I watch much of it,
don't know what's its like in Canada but hospitals are to capacity here, and it has nothing to do with Covid.
people are waiting 4 hours plus in Emergency because they can not get to see a Doctor.
This is going to be around for a long time we just have to learn to live with it,

Here in Canada our hospitals are full, I had to wait 12 hours in the ER before I got my Kidney Stone addressed, shot up with pain meds every hour, then it was a 2 day wait for out patient surgery. Now I wonder if I would get treatment or if I would be dead honestly.

Omicron has changed things as so many are off sick now, there are no non essential surgery, and no ER visits unless your screed critical care where I live. So its a long wait at a "Walk In Clinic". So many do not have a family Dr I have one that is "not" seeing anyone in office.

Today there were 84 in ICU with Covid 19 and over 50 percent of them are not vaccinated.

Where this goes who knows. Back east in Canada is way worse off.

My Daughter is a student Nurse.at the moment her placement is on the renal ward she was saying three patients went for Dialysis couple of days ago.
two had covid so they had to put them in isolation ward.
But she was saying five had to have xrays because they were complaining of pain four out of the five have just been Diagnosed with cancer also.
Because they couldn't get to see a doctor they let it go. now they are in a position if they dont have Dialysis they die.
but they also need to have the cancer checked as well.

Here in the USA it's really bad as so many Americans are not vaccinated.

Hospitals are overwhelmed in some regions and at bursting point just about everywhere it seems. Elective work is likely to be abandoned it seems, even critical care has got to be at risk.

People will die who would usually have been expected to survive. This is what pandemic means in real world terms but we should count our blessings vaccination has blunted the crisis and saved hundreds of thousands of lives.

It appears the Omicron variant is the massively dominant one, Delta still around but little mentioned nowadays. The peak in the UK seems to have arrived and the US is expecting the same in another fortnight or so. Doesn't mean the numbers will drop to nothing quickly and lots of infections will continue to be reported for some months but heading the 'right' way.

The prediction is that most of the US will get infected/exposed and that's the mechanism for the Omicron variant to start to die out. Wonder what will follow it, though? What new variant will find the niche where it can develop inside the millions of unvaccinated individuals? They're the pool for new infections and 12 months on we may be doing and saying the same things again, I'm very sad to say.....:icon_frown:

I was not vaccinated, and I'm ill of Covid since a week ago. In home isolation, taking antibiotic and some pills, plus vitamins. So far I am good.

(I'm in Europe.)

I am glad you are good now kanik and getting better. Do you wished you had your covid shots? Will that change now that you got covid? Would you get vaccinated when you get better.

I've had covid (possibly omicron but not 100% sure) around 15 days ago. Two of my family members also had it at the same time and it was like a mild flu, nothing severe, nothing to fear. We did had some (maybe around 40%) sense of smell loss but it became normal after around 10 days. No one of us are Vaxx**ed and we are perfectly healthy now. We just took vitamin D, zinc, and needed to sleep more to recover.

I really don't know. I meant to get vaccinated this Spring (It's Winter now here)... but I already caught the virus. I don't know what to do now!?

By the way at me it was almost the same like @smilingsun explained. Plus, two (60+) of my family members who caught it were vaccinated, one of them with 2 doses Chinese vaccine, the other one with 2 doses Chinese vaccine and 1 dose Pfizer.

When you can and feel better I advise you to get vaccinated kanik. Talk to the health professionals as to when it is best time for you to get vaccinated. You can still get sick if you get the virus but not as bad. I know there are people who are vaccinated and they still die. They mostly have health problems. If we can reduce our chances of getting seriously ill then it is worthwhile getting vaccinated. Vaccines are not 100 percent effective for it to work.
