Shared experience of a sign and then felt guilty for hours after
 

Long story short - I asked for a sign from a deceased person connected to my partner, I got the sign. I had this feeling like I possibly shouldnt share any of my experience with anyone, to keep it sacred within myself. But, it was so amazing that I just needed to share with one person - I chose my mom because she is usually unbiased and had no connection to this person I asked for the sign from. So I told her. She didnt question what happened, but she did say things like "be careful". She wasnt negative in any way and was glad that I trusted her with the information. I got off the phone and I automatically felt guilty for telling, hours later Im still feeling a bit guilty. And, if this happens again I feel like I shouldnt tell anyone. Thoughts?? Anyone else have similar experience or idea why I would have these feelings?

Might just be a vulnerability issue....
