Nature and meditation
Every time I take a walk in nature, it is like I am entering a meditative state, but what is more interesting is that my hands always do those mudra signs on their own. How can this be? Why does my body react this way? I think it has something to do with the energy flow of being in nature. These signs are done unconsciously, there are several mudras that appear.
I was little bit scared when I began to notice these signs but now it is something usual. |

Hi, I used to have trouble focusing my mind as well but I used this free meditation technique that helped me meditate so much easier, now I'm able to relax and focus on manifesting everything I want much easier. It really helped me out a lot and I hope it will inspire and empower you too. |
Hi,
I have no experience with the mudra signs, so can't help you with that. Only wanted to say that I am also very close to nature, and feel that nature gives us the direct unspoiled contact with creation, whereas most of the so called 'civilized' places are man made, and don not have that natural touch. When I can, I tend to go always where it's nice and calm, where I am just surrounded by natural beauty, it's the most refreshing. Good luck. |
I am lucky to have my own garden. It's in the back of my house and fenced in 6 foot high with vertical wood slats. It's easy to get into the meditative state under the canopies of and surrounded by trees. Yet, a few miles away - in the inner city - a dozen people get killed and some 40 people get shot every weekend.

Both mantras and mudras that ‘appear’ in our consciousness, bestowed by the universe, is ideally how they should be imbibed, etched deep within.
