Just Google. Rose quartz is very easy to find.
You can even get it in the garden centre over here for a few Euros a kilo.

Aquarium shops usually have uncut crystals at a reasonable price.

Rose quartz is abundant everywhere and is very inexpensive. For me the best crystal shops are the ones with lots of crystals, lol. Don't you need to program crystals with intent to get them to amplify a specific vibration?

Ooooh the lovely Rose Quartz - it's easy to find online. Just google and feel the energy of the seller before you buy. If you can though go out and get one in person as you'll really be able to feel the energy of your stone this way.
