Is sweaty palms a sign of having a lot of chi? If so, does it mean that I have healing abilities?

I would not say whether you do or don't.
In my understanding, sweaty palms or rather the result of reactions of some part of the nervous system.
When your energies are flowing, you can feel it not only in your palms of your hand and at the soles of your feet (K1)

Chi is felt in the Palms usually as warmth and a tingling sensation.

When we heal the Heat does not come only from the hands but through your body,
so having sweaty palms could very well be something else as Rah nam has said
