This feeling?
 

I was meditating late last night when I felt something that I'd never quite felt before. I was progressively activating previously opened chakras starting from the root chakra and ending at the 11th chakra. When I activated my crown chakra again my mind went into a state of perfect serenity. More specifically, it felt like my mind was as clear as a polished mirror. This is the first time that I've used a new breathing technique, but not the first time that I've activated all of my chakras progressively. What was that feeling supposed to be? Does anyone have any tips on how to reach it again?

Sometimes we reach a really clear state and it feels great, but these can become an object in the memory which we then begin to desire, so it's best we feel appreciative and move forward, for that's all in the past now.
