I cured my eczema with aromatherapy
 

Just wanted to let everyone know that I had been living with eczema basically my whole life and 2 years ago started doing tinctured saunas. I got rid of my eczema using a patchouli dark extract (diluted in water). It was actually done as a follow up to tea tree oil mix. So I started with the tea tree oils tinctures to clean my pores the patchouli dark to sooth. It might very well have been placeebo or the fact that saunas are relaxing and eczema is induced by stress buy hey, it's gone and I just wanted to share how.

Yes, Patchouli essential oil is great for treating eczema or just control it. I mix Patchouli essential oil (1 drop x 6 ml of fragrance free organic cream + 10 ml of Argan oil) or l dilute 4 drops of Patchouli in 5 ml of alcohol and add it just before having a bath...

Got eczema when l was pregnant with my first child... many years ago... was really severe... but everything changed with time... now l almost don't have it... it is fully controlled... it is getting a little bit worse during cold period of time of the year but the methods mentioned above help me to control it and not to expand.

I have had it for years and when I try to attack it,I start itching like crazy like its saying dont do that... (I think its Psyorsis im not sure)
