Dear Unseeking Seeker, That's irrelevant to my inquiry. The point is: If you are to introduce philosophical concepts (such as 'noumenon') to poetry, please make sure that you're well-acquainted with its original meaning and usage. This, as to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, and as a common courtesy to its creator(s). P.s. Please, try not to take my plea personally. |

I know what nounmenon signifies although I’m not a Kantian scholar. Language is as interpreted. Love is interpreted as a give & take trade at one end to compassion and purity at the other. I see that the word ‘ego’ is hotly debated on SF. Likewise for consciousness and awareness. Then of course the kundalini. This path vs that path … what is oneness, are we in a dream world, is there heaven & hell … But where were we? Noumenon. A thing as it is. Which is? Let’s not debate. If you like what you read, enjoy! Otherwise, smile indulgently and flip the page! That’s what I do all the time! Some time back, I asked in the Christianity forum ‘what is sin’ - seeing the violent reactions, I withdrew. |
Screen of awareness
Disjointed thought and fickle attention enables sensing the void of silence, ever present during meditation, yet known through phenomena dalliance, recognising thereby luminescence, wherein cogniser, as holder of flame, employs stark contrast, reflecting the same, albeit, prismatic hues of white light, bedazzling perception in a mind game, until the soul sees, with spherical sight. Monk mode
How complete is our acceptance Beginning of course, with ourself Ego would have light pay penance Which fears yet remain on our shelf Life flows on, in as is ordained How complete is our acceptance Can we affirm, we are unstained Breezing along in nonchalance Head-heart melded in innocence Requires our total surrender How complete is our acceptance In astonishment and wonder Nestled in blissful contentment Heart does dance in exuberance Are we free from all attachment How complete is our acceptance Quatern |
Heart lotus
Within our heart, two pure lotuses shine Love enabled, in an invisible void Quietude of stillness, makes them both one Moments sublime, when we feel overjoyed One lotus looks to sky, other to earth Rippleless void in between, the mirror As veils thin, colour of love, empathy Sensing each fellow beings hearts tremor The false falls away, as desires recede Meditation our orientation Love our sturdy steed, lower cravings weeds Infusing in our heart, pure compassion Now a hollow shell, with love magnetised Childlike innocence, draws in the current Ignition renewal, within our heart Suffused with bliss, our native element Lotuses bloom, becoming a bliss mist Spiritual light, soft white, radiant Heightened is our delight, through day and night Purity of soul, tranquil contentment |
Shifting horizons
we set the alarm to go off hourly to take stock of emotions patiently compelling us to make note of stupor wherein instincts determine our stature far cry from watching our thoughts mindfully gently thus shifting consciousness fulcrum there remains no ego residuum whereupon nestled in tranquil silence slowly awakens inner sentience each node of form a bliss sensorium immersed thus in all time meditation softened attention orientation layer by layer desires vaporise our childlike innocence welcomes surprise equal in void and manifestation boundaries blur horizons disappear emptiness displaces our dormant fears essence of our presence pure and unstained assimilates blessings in time ingrained magically drawing the love throb near where did we begin and where are we now we know not as we take a humble bow in not within flow of life in motion nonchalant to outer world commotion flowing in rapture each life breath a wow |
The rot has sunk in deep
Notice our subtle resistance Manifest as hesitancy Mitigating exuberance Our lower mind delinquency Myriad illusions confound Notice our subtle resistance We are yet to mind-body bound Recognising not divine dance We first look to our convenience Subject-object relationship Notice our subtle resistance Foolish game of one-upmanship Oh hermit, know God alone is Rekindle innate innocence Imbibe elixir of bliss fizz Notice our subtle resistance Quatern |
Genesis of prejudice
Birth found us in this world, free and unbound, embracing all souls with carefree abandon, in aspect of playfulness, having no hidden agenda, forgiving one and all easily, epitomising blissful existence. Growing up, ego became manifest, silencing our hearts love pulsation, thus shifting into narrowness, becoming callous and crude worldly wise at the cost of stifling hearts love, now ghostly form, mere shadow of our soul. Jaundiced eye
Deep rooted is our prejudice Instinctively appraising all What if God too did roll dice Bestowed enablements recall Jaundiced eye rapes and plunders Deep rooted is our prejudice Tarnishing Gods sublime wonders Plunging soul into an abyss Do pause awhile to reminisce Why do we choose to judge and score Deep rooted is our prejudice Blocking divine bliss to in-pour Drift aimless in stuporousness Having forgotten our promise Oblivious to That Oneness Deep rooted is our prejudice Quatern |
