Who are the best medicine men/women in the U.S. and Canada?
 

This question is only for those who have been treated by one. What have been your experience? How much were they able to help? How do you go about finding a good one? Thanks

It may be best to take it up with the Creator and pray about it and be lead that way.

Good advice and I have.

My best personal advice is to head to the nearest reservation
and find out what is available in your area.

Of course praying about it all first.

Also if you are near the Dakotas or that area it is Sundance season
so many healers and Holy people will be gathered together at different Sundances.

I know next to nothing about Native American healing but the Sundance season sounds like somewhere I'd love to be :)

I don't do this lightly.

There are these videos on you tube that express the Spirit of a Sundance.

These videos are Shoshone and I am assuming this was all done legit
and that this Sundance was recorded with permission.
Ceremonial things are not usually allowed to be recorded.
I only bring your attention to it because it is already public.
As I said it expresses the Spirit of the Sundance and of course I do not
imply that all Sundances are carried out in this manner.
