Why can't I get clear visions?
 

I have had inputs, experiences that could be past life memories not saying they are at this point.

What stands apart from the rest is that I can never seem to get any clear visions, which means I can't say what time this is in history. If things aren't too dark they are too dim.

I had one vision where I was this young woman, felt like still a teenager, who was going upstairs and I looked at myself in the mirror across the room as I was walking up, and I could see I was in the body of someone quite small and with inverted triangle body type. I can't see my face.

There were trains in that time and carpet beater, that is as far as I have come.

Why can't I get clear visions?

During my past-life regressions, to learn such things as date, location, name, age, profession, life-lesson, ... I just ask and I get answers.

You can regress as a spectator or as that character, so you feel less or more like that person.

The quality of a regression depends on the quality of the trance, on your capability to steadily focus on your projection target (character, time, location), on your capability of converting direct-perception into physical-like perceptions.

You have to tune in, but at the same time not to get immersed and forget yourself and what you're doing. It is like when watching tv.

I was afraid there was something bad in that life why it is so out of reach somehow but will try to follow your advice. I am not used to it being like this.

A psychic ran me through this sort of guided channeling twice, which resulted in several past life memories, and I tried using similar guided meditations on YouTube, which also resulted in past life memories. It seems to work.
