Stone flung into the calm & still lake
The ripples having far reaching effect
If but the water had chosen to forsake
The impact would have had no affect

Upon meeting the humble mystic
Propounded scientific theories of a Universe grand
Annoyed that the illiterate found it in a grain of sand

Caesar is so hard to please!
With no one trying to appease ...
It is not surprising
To observe temperature rising!
Render unto Caesar
The things that are Caesar’s!
The target being imaginary
Possibly egoic imagery
The boomerang by the aggressor thrown
Returns to the sender after it has flown!

A gift of variety of the divine sublime

The centre is still, the periphery moves
In unchartered, pathless virgin grooves
Memory-linked thought perceptions denied
At each instant, in childlike wonder, surprised

Orientation being to learn, not teach
Lovingly reach
Hearts
Each instant in the time continuum, we start

Grasping the ladders next rung
Now within range of the song unsung
Stepped down to hold the hand
Of he who found it awkward to stand

Self-doubt, scientific imagining

Necessary instruments

Needlessly reacting
Reprimanding
The street urchin
For an inconsequential lapse
The gleam in his eye dimmed
As did mine
His silence
Became mine
He contracted
As did I
For we are all One
Connected
