Hi my name is Gene. I enjoy teaching others about astral projection and have helped many on their way, and often find myself teaching it even when out of body!

I've filled up more than 4 journals in the past 10 years, filled with various experiences, and I've recently created a website where I share some of those experiences (I'll be writing more when I get time). Welcome here! That's nice, I don't know many people who are having OBEs on a day to day basis for years like you. I've been thinking to do the same, open an website and an YT channel but I always leave it like that and do nothing.

I've read some of your experiences, really interesting, you remember quite a lot, me too. About the "Dystopian Future", I've seen several versions of the future, some dark and some heavenly.

Have you "found" I AM? You see, this is how I have OBEs, I can have up to 15-20 OBEs per month, in the last week I had 3 but you see... I am not reaching too far into the unseen worlds and to be sincere, I am more focused on findight/knowing more of the Light then having fun. Having fun to me seems a waste of time thought I have and I had a ton of fun.

I've been thinking to meet with someone there but no one is open for something like this.

Hey, thanks :) yes, I believe there are many futures, not just one. I have done "I AM" meditations if that's what you mean, and have also experienced the Mental Plane, dimensions above the Astral. I too was only concerned with just such planes as well, but there is actually a lot you can learn in the Astral too, and you'll find many spiritual teachers and masters reside there helping humanity, which is my main goal too, rather than only just staying in those higher states, I always welcome the higher states when they come of course though too!

Yes, there seem to be many possible versions, maybe there are many alternative realities, at least I had a couple of experiences with parallel realities.

Hmm, I AM meditations, have you heard of Nisargadatta Maharaj's I am That?

The Mental plane is kinda like your own universe? You know, I barely read a thing or two about these astral planes, everything I know, I've learn on my own, never read a book, maybe pages to get ideas about the experiences of other people.

Well, there are many beings there, some even come to help if you really need the help. In my first OBEs I was saved by a girl named Amanda from a monster. Some time later I saved a boy from a city, I took him up in the sky, he was so afraid, had no idea where he was. Even now I remember how scared he was.

By the way, have you met dark beings?

I am going to read more of your experiences, they are very interesting.

Aha. Out of interest, what are your thoughts on phasing as described by Frank Kepple, Ryan Tasker and others?

I am asking as someone who has tried all sorts of techniques over the years, and I get so far and then I am stuck. For example, I have spent countless hours climbing that rope!!

For those unfamiliar with phasing, it simply involves closing the eyes and observing the inner blackness. Gradually shapes and colours may appear, and we simply notice them. As we become fixated on these inner visions, so our physical awareness recedes into the background and our non-physical awareness becomes our foreground.

The appeal of this for me is that there are no other techniques involved. No climbing ropes, no trying to visualise ourselves floating above the body, no visualising walking round the various rooms in our house. There is simply noticing whatever presents itself to our inner vision.

I have only recently begun trying this approach, and I am curious as to your thoughts on it.
