Am placed here to experience
Being human
Its many spectrums
Shining through the prism of life
Then hear asked
“What about being?”
For this is what is going on
The air, earth, water, fire
The Universe and all forms of life
Yes, even human
All being
Nothing is separate
Although allowed to be
As created to be
Take the focus from being human
To human- Being
Does this change anything
With in and about?
Relax and notice
Yes, being human
Most of all, being
Intertwined and of life
Manifesting and unfolding

Sometimes the mind will wander
Into its questions and wonder
Sometimes will echo
Remembrances of things passed
Sometimes will imagine
What may yet unfold
Then the mind will go quiet
With in and during the silence
Will notice just being
Questions stop
Memories flow by
What unfolds does so
With no trying or need to control
Interesting noticing this
For with in this quietness
The mind notices and just allows
Words fall short
There just is what is at present
Flowing by and with in
The mind calms
The body relaxes
A remembrance comes
Embracing this being
That of being one with being
The feeling remains
Even when the mind goes back
To its wandering and wondering

May ask
“What is it to Be”?
Already being
Being is not a thing to hold
It is already here and there
With in and all around
The mind may seek
Understanding, reasons, knowledge
Which is all right
For these are of being as well
Gives connection
To ones own being
With in being
All has its place
As it exists, it is being
Adjustments are made
To the changes that may arise
To the movements of life
These do not separate from being
For these are the flows and continuance
Of being manifesting
And continuing
With in life and existence
