Well, that sounds great...I'd love to know how old you are.
A 14 yr old tried to bring peace on earth around 1971,2or 3...that didn't work
and decades have gone by -with TV spots, awards, private planes, a method, and tons of followers.

It's a good list for beginners.

Deactivating the ego is valuable step for everyone, not just those seeking "enlightenment".

FYI by most definitions of "enlightenment", there is more to it than dealing with the ego. Most include something to the effect of "knowing your true nature".

Just an update, kundalini as it normally functions when awakened isn't benefitial to spirituality according to a spiritual figure I currently follow. You can find more info about this by going to the avatar activation website and finding chakra and kundalini removal.

That's a list of horse **** that will only confuse new people and spread your twisted opinion and view on the matter (not any different then any of the religions or gurus of history and today) but we don't need any more blind people on the sniper team .
