what your experiences with absolute rose?
 

I remember when I first saw an absolute rose. I just loved that the very first moment I smelled it. Why roses have such an amazing vibration?.

Hi angel-of-light, rose oil links in with the heart chakra, helping to be open/receptive to love, so no wonder you fell in love with the sight and smell of a rose :wink:. I find rose oil very warming and uplifting, I tend to use a few drops on the palms of my hands when giving someone a reiki healing session.

roses smell is so subtle too

I generally would use Rose absolute oil on my temples before bed (something I'm going to be working with again as I haven't done it in quite some time). For me, it helps with sleeping better - I wouldn't deal with 'ick' bugging me, either because of doing night-time release work, or dream work, or whatever, but I would always sleep better when I did use the Rose oil on my temples.

I currently use Rose Water (by Heritage) in my some of my drinks...but that's more of a culinary thing for me than healing/spiritual work.
