Hologram. Many years ago when I was in my 30's I came so close to committing suicide. I did Teal's 5 minute rule. That was all I could handle at a time. So when I watched her video I was taken back to my time.

Please, please watch the video. Get a pen and paper and write down her steps. She offers other videos to follow up with. It seems overwhelming at first but it will work if you take the steps.

Remember one step at a time.

I am really saddened to hear that. Deb has very obviously been down this route of contemplation and the advice is something you may consider . Aside from that there are people to talk to on here, or people that will just listen if you need. I am sending love to both you and Deb.....

....and my heart does go out on this subject because only 15 months ago a family member hung himself......

...Everything has a purpose Deb.. and Everyone has a purpose. Even if sadly some cannot see that. It is often so very very difficult to see through the fog. The fog does clear eventually , but I also know that those words are of little use or comfort to the ones in the thickest fog . Thank you....
