There are parts that is everyday, and parts that are all the time. And parts that can be several times a month, etc.

At this point the practice has resulted in results, which for my blessed teacher nothing changed in his practice, for me some things have changed.

Meditation and mantra daily. Prayers. Then I try to also incorporate physical training as the mind body and spirit are interlinked. Then I try to remember the divine as often as possible. that said, I mess up every day, I get cross, or swear and let myself down. I have consoled myself that this is the game. Sometimes I get it right and sometimes I don`t. my focus aspiration and affirmation are in the right direction.

What's a Sadhana?

It sounds like one of those Hindu things of which I take no notice looking at the state of India. The nearest I get is an occasional chicken vindaloo.

It's a spiritual practice. Could be meditation/contemplation/prayer, service, devotion, study of scripture.
