Betel nut / Paan for IBS and digestion issues
 

Has anyone tried betel nut/paan for IBS and other digestive issues? Am curious as to your results.

I have some betel nut. I never got around to using it. I was going to eat it and see what the stimulant effects are.

In the West, this drug is rarely recognized but in the East, it plays a role equal to if not more so then Tobacco, Caffeine and Alcohol.
