I am love
 

I understood at last that love is an energy not an emotion.

It comes from the chest area.

At first I felt bizarre, like a love robot, then I found the solution:

I am love!

It comes from around me too. Unlimited love and joy. This is probably my Higher Self (God).

Excellent! Yes, there is a space within the heart area and the nature of that space is stillness, peace, love and joy. When we rest in this space then we rest in our own nature.

Many do not realize this. I have found energy matches life. Often it's about changing it. :smile:

Everyone has the ability to Love when it fills you up there is nothing like it.
