Same messages in sessions
 

Has anyone ever felt like in some of their sessions where they’re treating a client, the same kind of messages come through for them? For example, I get a lot of messages for people to journal their feelings - and that it helps them to release whatever they’re holding onto and offer relief. Why does that come through so often and also, I almost feel cliche or ingenuine when I say them out loud, like it seems too obvious or something. Just curious if anyone else ever feels like that?

I would not be too alarmed. The people you attract will have patterns in common that relate somehow to the work that you do. In time you will probably get some insights about that and how this repeated pattern is connected and useful. So the challenge I think you have for now is to trust yourself. That you are being "authentic enough" and also to flow with how your practice is unfolding. Learning to trust is a big issue for me so I understand some of where you are coming from and know how important that is.

I read I think it was Caroline Myss who was doing medical intuitive readings with a doctor and she said it was uncanny how there would be three of everything. But that was her thing.

Thank you so much for your replies. And yes, learning to trust myself has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember. However, just in the past year I’ve been slowly breaking those blocks.

I also just read somewhere that you need the clients that come to you as much as they need you, there’s a reason behind it somewhere. There aren’t coincidences. That resonated with me, too. ��
