Previous renter died in my house
 

Hello everyone. I have a general question, I have been pretty closed off, purposely for the last few years to the spirit world, but recently I have been opening up again.

The last person to live in my home was an elderly woman and I knew she died. I found out recently it was in the house and she was here for a day and a half before anyone found her. I know she had cancer and knew but refused treatment.

I haven't felt her presence in my home, I've been trying not to, but every day I think about her. I try not to be awake alone late at night because I start to get that feeling I'm being watched... I'm too nervous to acknowledge it....

I've bought sage and Palo Santo sticks to burn but haven't yet.

I don't know how/when would be a good time to try and acknowledge her or if I even should.

She was an elderly woman, apparently very nice... Sometimes my 5 year old will say it feels like someone is tickling him... That made me wonder...

Any advice, tips?

My guess hear is that she has moved on to higher astral planes . I think the people that live a long life and know there reaching an end don't hang around. It's the people that don't know they have died or have unfinished business that choose to stay earth bound.
PS your kids tickler could be some one else.

Thank you, that's reassuring. I don't feel negativity but I've been very closed up and haven't really felt much of anything until recently.

You may know that I'm not very knowledgeable but what came to me, was maybe you can send a general blessing out. Maybe like a prayer:

To all those who were here, and all those who may be, I send you away in Love and Light, be at peace, be well, be with all things of the Light. Many blessings to You All, wherever you are.

Over time, perhaps try to put your attention elsewhere. Have little lights on in the house or whatever gives you "warm" and comfortable feelings e.g. diffusers with aromatherapy etc.

Just some thoughts.

I feel you would have felt her presence before now if she hadn't moved on. Your child however ... Being aged just 5 is still conciously aware of everything I'm the spirit realm and maybe the lady still visits, on occassion , a place where she was happy...your child is aware of that presence .... The lady is happy to visit and see that you are happy there too....

Talk to her :)

Acknowledge her presence, respect her life and tell her to move on in love and light.

Buy blue and white sage. Burn as a combo and cleanse your home. It's important. Even if you don't feel threatened. Cleanse even your own stagnant energy within the home.

I went through the whole house the other day with sage and Palo Santo and the air feels lighter... Emptier... Thank you to all who replied. If she shows up I'll probably be back here haha
