Those files are a good idea. You have everything looking very well organized.

I have to work from scratch to even get a base for the Sabbats. Where I live, the ideas are for warmer climates so when I read something that suggests to use spring flowers just doesn't work for me. In February, still winter. March, maybe the snow is melting. April, maybe spring flowers depending when the snow actually melted. I have two seasons here, summer and winter. Spring and fall don't last long. Because of the seasons, the timing of harvesting and other nature related activities are way off from the dates (can be two months later) for the Sabbats.

It's just me not resonating with the suggestions I've read in books and online. Don't worry, I'll figure out something. Eventually. It seems I can start with Lugh as he did participate in a spontaneous online ritual even though neither of us invoked anyone for the ritual.
