How does one keep in Harmony ...

How can we keep the mind body in that state of harmony which will make it difficult if not impossible for disease to take a hold .

Too Late!

By asking "How" you indicate you are not in Harmony and thus "Dis-Ease" is already growing inside you unconsciously. It will grow until major illness manifests or....... you turn to face the unconscious "dis-ease" right Now and every moment until you dissolve its invisible hold by making every unconscious "untruth" visible to your own Conscious Awareness.

Here are some tools which are not like books to gain knowledge, but rather exercises to set you Free. Used to gain knowledge , you will fail. Used to acknowledge "I do not know, but I aim to be Free" , you will succeed. Persist until you are Free.

Or Practicing the Presence knowing that this Source, whatever one calls It,
wants and Is only Good, Benevolent,
Love, Joy, Abundance, Wisdom, Whole
and Healthy...and wants that for you...is waiting for you to realize It is
all for you and who you really are!

Well it's a great question, yet most yogis, saints eventually "die" from "natural causes".
The only exception seem to be those who consciously drop their body.

So perhaps there is no answer-example just yet.

There IS a story that some children coming into earth are HIGHLY- extraordinarily resistant to disease. due to a different genetic makeup.

Sometimes a disease is a friend. There may be a teaching involved, there may be a nudge to slow down, there may be a pursuit of humility as you are required to lean on others.

Do you see a connection with harmony and realization and disharmony with no realization . (just a thought) . .

I have heard this and have an understanding of this also .

The higher one vibrates within their own energy signature the more likely that illness cannot manifest . The denser one's vibration the more likely that illness can take a hold.

I think the children you are speaking of are what many refer to as the crystal, rainbow, Indigo energies .

Absolutely, there is something that one can learn / understand in regards to any ailment that manifests _ our body speaks to us after all .

Well the story I heard was a child born with AIDS or HIV and within 2 yrs was totally clear of it..with no trace of it in his cells. Further testing of him indicated his cells refused to be infected with varied diseases.
Apparently others were found to have similar DNA since then.
