Astral projection not present
 

Astral projection isn't present in my current avatar or I can access it- seems to be missing an upload or that's what it feels like: I can dream and move into different body's ( avatars) and I can dream of different maps and travel around but I can't astral project- it seems to be of limits - same with sleep walking(I've set my self targets but does t seems to be accessible) I projected one time into a new body but I must be really heavy - I've tried to go without sleep and see if that helps but no prevail probability yet!

Are there any life hacks or cheats to help me astral project?

Meditate, meditate, meditate. Feel yourself become your breath. Do it just for the sake of meditating. Eventually you will know that you are not your body. AP is easy from that place. I can't offer "life hacks." Sometimes there is no way around the requirement of mastering the basics.

Focusing on the acquistion of a certain power is always a recipe for disaster when it is sought for the sake of having the power rather than for one's spiritual development. It is a fine line but an important one. I've had to learn this the hard way on more than one occasion.

Your ambition and drive will serve you well once you can tame the ego. Hugs to you. :)

Perhaps listening to Astral doorway videos by Gene Hart will help you to ap. I find him to be very good.
