The third Ray

Did this one in brown and cream.
Story behind these three: When I painted the first one as a gift, my son saw it and said…….hey mum can you do one of those for me. So I did. Then a woman saw his and wanted one and offered to pay me for it. I didn’t really want to do another but money was tight then and so I agreed. Well I can say im totally over Ray Charles ha ha |
What? This is a painting? Not a photo?
|
As per usual, another amazing piece of Art....
|
Ha ha yes miss H it is a painting. My signature is down the bottom lol
As I’ve said before, a lot of people don’t believe I’ve painted something (not saying that you are). It’s a pity I can’t get a real clear close up shot because then you could probably see the brush strokes. I called the woman who I sold this to and asked her to take a photo of it and send it to me so I don’t like to bother her again with another picture of a close up. Perfecting the blending of tones (shades) is part of the Old Masters technique taught to me many years ago. Thanks for your lovely comments Sky. |

Another beautiful painting I have a beautiful painting on my wall it is a wooded area with Bluebells growing all around them,
It was painted by my neighbour who used to be a minister and he knew I love Bluebells. Namaste |
