Doctors using financial companies to scrounge up private patient information
In the newest violation of privacy from the medical industry, doctors are now beginning to take a closer look at patients' personal lives to "assess" their risk of disease. Employers and insurers have a lot to gain by preventing disease, and pressuring doctors into devising a plan to predict patient outcomes may be just the ticket.

there is a "mindset" that people work within.
individual humans give power to the mindset when they adopt its norms (of behavior). when people realize that that mindset is NOT in service to them, they will withdraw their support of it. the mindset spoken of is "servitude"... it enslaves people. health and healing aren't something to be found "out there"... we have healing capacities built into our DNA. empowering people, rather than a system, is the way out of the trap. in my opinion / from my perspective, H:O:R:A:C:E |
Wow! I'll think about it.

I think asking for permission first from the patient is better than investigating things behind the back of their patient. I'm sure most will understand what the doctors and hospitals need to do to provide better healthcare if only they would let the patient know first before doing it so.
