My Healing Journey started in the 80's
 

when I was introduced to Science of Mind aka Religious Science. I'm am not a religious person via mainstream.

Then in the early 90's I took The Forum Seminar, it was called EST with a heart. A profound experience for me.

I had life changing in my life and had to get going on make my life work and with comfort.

I've have been able to keep the Science of Mind principles working in my life. Covid has sure been a major challenge.

If it's ok I'd like to add a question here in this thread ?))

Are there much struggling on trying to learn Healing (Basics) completely by yourself ?

I love to be out in the nature and try to go in my inside and just listen, relax and to lower my pulse, when trying to get in touch with my deeper mind.
I had a lot of trouble with focus, and have never learn to meditate , just as I mentioned before, just calmed myself, but never reached any further.

So is there any ways for some distracted ,stressed guy ,still to learn to heal on his own, without any courses ?

Look forward for any tip on easy ways and guidings ..
