beginners yoga videos for anxiety
 
Hi
I am looking for a beginners yoga videos for anxiety but i am not looking to
activate kundalini please that is very important.
There is one on youtube but it workes with your lower back and the spine.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0o0kNeOyH98
Will that activate kundalini??

Wai Lana Yoga is very good, she has a show on PBS but you can youtube and you can set up a list and play her.

There are a lot of people who do yoga before sleep....I do about twenty minutes it actually helps me sleep.

It is best to wait for 2 to 3 hours after eating - after breakfast or light snacks, 2 hours is a good wait; after full meal wait for perhaps 3 hours.

If you do before going to bed, watch to see how it affects your sleep and adjust as necessary.
