Empathy and mediumship are on the same 'waveband', and I'd include intuition. So while you may have learned to channel it was latent in you anyway. Channelling 'proper' is mediumship-like not psychic, since there's a Spirit link. Psychic is 'internal'. The only real difference is that a channeller 'downloads' so it's one direction, while mediums are more like go-betweens.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I love this one!

I guess that explains the Pythonesque thread.

So how's it working out with the Norwegian Blue parrot?

I do, yes, but to a certain extent, I don't have access to everything.
I've channeled the following: we only have access to the knowledge corresponding to our sufferings. There is no point in inflicting us pains just to gain the knowledge corresponding to it.
Then there are realizations, and they depend on our path, what we need to acquire, there is a certain order.
And there is our choice, to live or not, and how.

I would like you to show us all where I had emphasised that mediumship was a DUTY......

I take the greatest care with what I write and although English isn't your first language there is no justification for misrepresenting what I wrote.

You gained that from where?

In your definition, I understood there were 2 facets in mediumship, the psychic ability and serving others. Is there another one I missed?
Again I'd like you to show me where I gave a definition of mediumship suggesting "2 facets..." one of them being psychic ability. Of course I did say in the service of others - that's what mediumship is about - not doing it for yourself.

You ask is there another one you missed - what?

As I started this thread to try to nail what's meant by all the words being used I say it's the right thread for doing that but I also have to say it's in exactly the right forum - mediumship. I chose it specifically to continue a theme that had developed in a less-suitable thread i the same forum.

And I was unaware there was an alternative "right sub forum" for the thread I started - for a specific purpose - to be.

Duality as opposed to oneness. In meditation, one can experience oneness with.......n as it sounds like "duel", the one to one fight.

3 sentence quote limit - I'm little the wiser but thank you for trying.
