I think I finally visualized one of my spirit guides. His name is Seeren and he is a Shaman. He's got a wooden staff and a white wolf at his side.
It seems like the meditation writing I tried to do is several of my guides doing a counter strike on some foul spirits who planned to attack me. It was really unique. I'm probably going to try the writing meditation thing later today. It's pretty awesome.
