There's been posts on this before in soulmate section. The ear ringing. 1111 has different meaning to different people, I think it's meant to make you aware. Most think of it as twin sign. But also angel sign , to me, I noticed that I controlled whether I see them or not, so I don't pay too much attention unless it's totally out of the blue, then I treat it like any other sign from the cosmos.

I must have watched 'It's a Wonderful Life' like over 100 times now...and it still makes me cry like a baby...every...single...time!

As for the OP, if it's happening with regularity, it's a sign you need to make contact...heed the signs...

When my ears ring it means 'NO, don't say what your about to say or don't do what you are about to do.'
It only took me 4 years to figure this out. Apparently I'm slow on the uptake. lol
