Timeframe for Synchronicities

Hi,

Could anyone help? Does anyone know, what is the Timeframe for Synchronicities?

If someone said something say at noon yesterday, and someone else said something with the same meaning at 1 am today while in between I said,

"I am going to file a complaint with the Universe that I am not getting any synchronicities on a regular basis."

Does this count as a synchronicity? It is about a 13 hr span.
