Right Leg/Foot

I'm in the middle of making plans of going abroad. One day I woke up having pain at the back of my right knee. Pain worsened throughout the days and I was limping. Then I discovered it was a ligament problem. It's been resolved now and for the past two days I've felt no pain. Today ... guess what? As I was reaching out for my ipad (no cover), it fell directly on my right foot, edge of the ipad almost poked a hole on my toe. Right knee, now right foot ...

I was just wondering if the universe is saying something about my travel plans ...
