I found this on the internet. Last night I was despondant, and nervous about sleeping and being peaceful. I've not felt peaceful in quite a while actually and more out of tune with spirit, guides, angels etc.
Then I looked at my table of crystals and though hey meditate with Selenite before you go to sleep tonite because I knew it would help. And I slept very very well. I'm using her again tonite. I have a HUGE piece about a foot long and about 3-4 inches around.
