Why can't I remember my dreams anymore?.?.

Back 2 years ago I could dream vividly and remember all the dreams I had. Now it's like I don't have any . Someone want to help me out on this ..

I remember when I had PTSD, I stopped dreaming completely. Or well, technically we don't stop dreaming at all, we just stop remembering our dreams. The material in my dreams at that period in time was likely too traumatic so my psyche blocked it out of my memory. But as I got better I started remembering my dreams again.

Are you suffering with anything like that? It might be the cause.
