Does anyone know how to get rid of them

I think a lot deponds on what this is . Left over energy will just go away . The soul of a once living person can be asked to leave . A being from another dem. might have an agenda .

I don't think they are going to leave shadow ghosts are earth bound souls and one attacked my guides and try to get inside me

You might want to shield your self with white light , and use some of the other protective methods .
