Any thoughts on the following in terms of psychic/spiritual awareness - doesn't relate to me..

"I have a permanent light in my physical vision which is a tiny white light surrounded by purple or indigo. I see this 24/7 with my eyes open or closed - especially if I look at a dark board or background (any ideas?). I have had my eyes checked out so that isn't an issue."

Sorry mac, I have never heard of this, nor experienced it. Now, if it had been a spirit communicator then I would say it's likely due to objective clairvoyance rather than subjective clairvoyance.

I don't do chakra's, as you know, yet my first impression on reading the post was to wonder if the person concerned thinks it may have something to do with the 3rd eye chakra being opened, especially as they speak of the colours purple or indigo.

As they have already had medical checks for this, perhaps a suggestion to pay attention should it further progress and to seek further medical assistance once again.

Hopefully this will resolve itself or, a solution can be found.

A young girl I know sees guides and angels in this way, but those lights are not within her vision 24/7. :smile: I am in agreement with Skye in that it does sound like it's connected to the third eye. Perhaps it is opening up, or perhaps there is a spirit guide around this person who's trying to draw attention to something.. I don't know, really!

Interesting one this because I had a buddy whos wife was a full on church going Christian. He didn't believe in any of it but never made an issue of it with her. One morning he told me, he woke up and there right infront of his eyes was a picture of Christ. He naturally thought that he had flipped out and should get to his doctors straight away. Everywhere he looked was this picture almost embeded in his vision the size of a postage stamp he said. Anyway shortly after he became a 100% believer because of what happened. Do you guys remember when those dreadful things were happening in Kosovo and there were independant charitable folk taking medicines and aid to those poor people? Well he and his wife went in a battered old car and he said on occasion when they were driving through valleys missiles would shoot over their heads from both sides. I understand that the picture went after a while but I'm hearing that he and his wife are doing other such incredible things no doubt with The Christ in their hearts (and eyes?)

I can not place anything of this sort other, than, perhaps in the sense of the 'third eye', something I know virtually nothing about.

It would be easy to try to make something fit that actually doesn't.

To be honest mac, I know nothing about the 3rd eye either. When I use my clairvoyance the images I receive are in my mind a bit like when one uses their imagination. I wonder if the 3rd eye relates to the new age era as mediums of the past never mentioned it, at least to my knowledge.

Could be - just an adopted word for what's always happened routinely?

Rather like 'channelling' is a new name for communications which always took place in a particular way through certain mediums?

Mac,let me check this out for you. I know someone who deals with Auras,does Aura readings actually and is very good wth colour.

That's exactly how I understood it - 'seeing' but not by using one's physical eyes.... maybe not New Age at all as you suggest - certainly I remember hearing the term way back in connection with clairvoyance.

Yes I agree, Clairvoyance was obviously taught, perhaps the terminolgy of 3rd eye is commonly linked to chakras and because some mediums know the chakras are not necessary for spirit communication they chose not to use the word has often.

According to my friend,she knows of no reason for this colour to appear.
When she does Colour Aura readings,she does them through spirit but was given a 'negative' answer with the advice to 'attend' a doctor.
She has mentioned Diabetes.

I see colors .. especially purple. As did ( and do) past and present certain members of both sides of family. From my view its your guide ( angel). Try sending positive thought at it.
Ask for confirmation.
Does the light pulsate??

When it first happened I had eyes checked .. I also looked a science ( no answers there).. That beautiful light has and is my best spiritual teacher here.

There is the saying when the student is ready, the teacher appears! ( I thought it meant in human form ... we are all energy so makes sense it can be in energy form too)

By past I mean back to great great great grandmother who was a medium in her time on earth ... and youngest presently is my son!
So by my own experiences.. I would look at spiritual awakening too.
The eye specialist thought I was nuts when he said I had 20-20 vision .. and I said well whats that bright pink over there?
The colors are brighter than here on earth .. different.. very beautiful.
If you feel its not spiritual, please see a Doctor as Deepsea said!

thanks, J - it did help inasmuch as there doesn't appear to be any significance other than in terms of general health which I think remains in the guy's thoughts.

I have been seeing something quite similar but it is not there much. I often see blue/neon purple little balls... almost looks like the size of a pea or a stud on a peircing and there can be just one of them or as many as 3. I have no idea what they are and they seem to not really do anything than just appear and then go when I see them. I have had my eyes tested due to having floaters in my vision and my eyes were fine so I don't understand what they are but sometimes get the feeling that they are just particles of energy maybe or part of my auric field.... not sure if it is the same thing but I don't see mine 24/7, maybe 3/4 times a day for 5 seconds a time.
