Tonight I realized yin yang as it relates to our lives. Yin and Yang are complimentary, also they are both physical and spiritual. We see the physical duality as dark/ light,hot/cold, etc. Spiritual is dual with harmony/yang or chaos/yin. Planet earth is our yin with its natural points of chaos. We are the yang. As we meditate we have calm times, flowing pure love and energy out we create the harmony. The numbers of yang are growing. More people are becoming awakened.
