In midst of all the good and beauty that we see in this world, and all of positive experiences, I wanted to see what yaw think too.

If you want, please share something beautiful you saw/an insight/ or whatever is good.

I love reading about positive experiences from this world!

Keep good thoughts in your mind, what we imagine comes to pass.

Hi

A couple of days ago I was lying out in the sun, it was over 40 degrees and I had the hose on. (mainly me lol ..as hot hot hot). I noticed first a bumble bee flying next to the droplets of the spray. I put the nozzle on fine mist and the bumble bee had a lovely time :) .

Then a Starling bird turned up, the bird also had a cool down ..and returned more than once. Then a little sparrow turned up for a quick shower.

I thought through out this Time..God is here ..How divine.

Blessings
:)

A peaceful mind.

I am in love with life.. I know its hard at times.. but when the night comes I sit happily with my warm cup of tea and feel the peace I sometimes take for granted..

I am grateful to be able to help so many people.. to be there for them and to see them evolve and be happy..

Life is wonderful..

With love and peace to you all..

Yours

A Peaceful Mind

God in a Bumblebee, a Sparrow, and a Starling in a fine mist,
No wonder some people are Smilers!

And some have Peaceful Minds.

There is a lot of good in the world
If good is what you look for
and if good is in your eyes

Even though it is near zero outside, I looked out at the trees glazed with ice. So silent, and beautiful while standing on my deck. I felt only warm. Just appreciating the still awe of God's creation was incredible. I wish I could stand there all day. Makes me love today and want tomorrow!

Gotta love those birds and bees and bumblebees, and those trees too!

Merry Christmas to you.

Something good, mm - well, people are generous! I busk regularly and often receive notes in my guitar case from total strangers, just because they like my songs..

Sometimes amazingly, and so unexpectedly, generous - I heard yesterday that an impoverished couple in Italy wrote a letter to uber wealthy politician Silvio Berlusconi (who has a somewhat dodgy reputation to say the least, lol), and were shocked when he replied to them with a 50,000 euro cheque!! Ha! :)

The sun rose this morning. It will rise up tomorrow morning as well I believe and that in itself is a miracle and need to be thankful.

This weekend I have been blessed with the opportunity to have two really good walks - one of 2hrs and the other of a bit longer. The longer one was the result of taking the wrong turning. It was lovely.

And, I got in before it rained. I'm so lucky.

This morning was lighter, the evening was lighter. Tomorrow, I trust it will be lighter more.

And I had mashed potato.

What is good?
When we actually realize our power to feel anything we want.

You don't want to feel fear and insecurity...then don't.
You like to feel happy and content...then do.

What is good as well as valuable is when a person understands/realizes the purpose of fear & insecurity when uncontrolled/tragic events occur ...
This knowledge allows a person to work w/effectiveness toward healing emotional pain to restore balance in one's life ...

This is something that's difficult, but if one can move onward and ahead in life after tragedy, that kind of strength is irreplaceable and to be admired and honored. I've read about your loss on several other threads and haven't had the chance to jump in and say I don't know how an individual can survive under such circumstances. My heart would be broken and never stop aching. But life continues and a spouse/partner (especially one that is a parent too) has no choice, as painful as moving forward is. I admire your survival strength and in sharing your pain with other members of SF. This kind of sharing of severe pain can help one realize their anguish just can't compare to what others go through in life.

Being open-minded and non-judgmental in everything one does in life.

This is true for some people like myself, but not others who find hate justifiable &/or consoling ...
It took every bit of strength as well as spiritualism I had to combat the all consuming rage & grief I felt from my husband's death ...
I also gave up karma because I did/do not want to spend my life thinking about consequences his future could possibly hold ...
For me, karma spurred hatred & more anger that prevented healing ...
I never hated the killer, the most I ever wanted to do was hit him on the head w/a phone book & ask how he could have been so stupid as to not know pulling in front of a driver at 75+mph then slamming his brakes on would not result in tragic consequences ...

Really!

Thank you ... :hug3:
This type of tragedy stays w/a person, however, it does not stop a person from moving forward if they are able to understand living w/anger & hatred seriously depletes the soul as well as cutting off love from others ...
There is only stagnation ...
Granted, its extremely & unimaginably difficult to overcome a senseless death, it can be done over the consistent years of grief w/alot of work & faith ...
