What would you say the relationship is between those two?

I'm a little uneasy about my sign the Goat. My best friend (other half/soulmate) and a few certain people that have been major influnces in my life have been Monkeys (bestfriend was water, major influences other were Earth elemental).. so I feel that is a major part of who I am inside ..

But what is the relationship between the Dragon (earth) & Goat (metal) ??

It would do you a lot of good to get a good book about chinese astrology. A dragon as all the other signs can be earth metal air or water. I happen to be a water dragon. It all depends on the year you were born. Chinese astrology is 12-year cycle, not 12-month cycle, like western astrology. Just make sure you don't forget about the months overlapping at the beginning and end. For a while, I thought I was a snake, (born in mid-Jan. 1953). I love being a dragon.
