Just as the question says.
I love Nag Champa, Superhit and a lovely one called Siro Flower which has just be discontinued over here which I am gutted about, so I'm on a mission to find one similar to be a new favourite, or perhaps one completely different that I will fall in love with

Song of India temple incense

I felt is smelled just like temple incense in India ..but I also love Frankencense
as used in Catholic Churches, remembered from my youth.

It's just me... but I'm not a fan of Indian incense. They're just too much for me.

I like various Japanese incense, some Tibetan, and the Juniper Ridge incense, especially the White Sage incense sticks they make.

don't know much about it, but I have used incense on the outside of my home and inside praying for protection from all evil & did notice a change all around me........lavendar & sandalwood It makes you chill out and sure smells better than the gloss enamel paint I am putting on the door today. I am burning it now to try to overpower the paint smell. Lol I need to chill after renovating...

Lemon grass.
I use incense rarely because once the smell settles into furniture and fittings one can never get rid of it again.

It does? I guess I burn it so much I'm insensate to it settling into things (if it does). *laughs*

I just stick to Nag Champa - why try others when this puts me right into an Eastern Temple is my attitude now after trying others.
Tho they are nice....

I prefer to burn a smudge stick instead of actual incense sticks. I've always loved the combo of Frankincense and Myrrh, my favorites would probably be Sweet Grass (I think this is the same as the Lemon Grass) or Purple or White Sage. The Sweet Grass reminds me of my grandmothers village in Greece, it's a very delicate scent. Purple Sage is very hard to find but I like it more than White Sage, I'm holding a piece right now trying to label the smell, it's very different from the White, a sweeter musty kind of smell.

I'm a herb girl, so to speak. Basil is my most favourite but it has to be the right brand (Tulasi - 8 pack). That's impossible to get hold of at the moment and so I'm contenting myself with Sage or Rosemary. Soooooo soothing.

I'm quite into vanilla at the moment. I have to say lavender is my all round favourite though.

For me, never had a fondness for incense, however, the smell of lilacs will turn my head everytime.

Sandlewood is my favourite, I'm not sure about the Third Eye one (The paper wallets are great bookmarks :)

Nag Champa or Rose, come a close second. They last a bit longer than the Sandlewood :D

Mmm, just reading about this makes me want to break out my Vanilla. So relaxing! Though I did just find a very nice Green Tea blend at the farmer's market, I've never liked that scent before but it's actually quite good.

I'm going to have to go with Nippon Kodo Morning Star Incense. My favorites by them are Lotus and Cinnamon, but their Amber and Sandalwood smell nice too. I think I might try the White Sage by Juniper Ridge next though.

I always liked Frankincense, I just got used to it at the church and my grandma's rituals since I was a kid.
Another one of my favorite incense is cinnamon.
But what I use a lot is green tea.
:D My daughter jokes about boiling it instead of burning it.

I find white sage, esp. when blended with rosemary very helpful with ASC.

Frankincense, Violet, and I'm very fond of burning spruce or pine resin (those little white crumbs that dry out where resin has leaked from the tree), though that can stink a bit when it gets going, and put out a lot of smoke, but I like it. Cedar smells nice too.

I've tried incense from different countries like Japan, India and Tibet, and my favorite is Tibetan. Tibetan incense is not perfumey like the Indian that most people in the West are used to. In particular I like Dolma Asafoetida, which has an odd, pungent aroma that I've grown fond of.
