Hello i was wondering what steps you take to connect with a specific spirit because i can sence them around me but i dont know how to channel a specific one.. plz help and has spirits touched you ? I was told that when they touch you. You get chills that go deep to the bone like a really powerful cold chill because i sense spirits around me and then i get these chills is this spirits really touching me? And any exercises you guys no that can help m e develope please let me know thanks so much!!!
