Do Twins share Twin Flames & Soul Mates?

Kia ora, hello,

My twin and I have a strong inner connection that is beyond words. We're each others best friend, and have those weird intuitive twin experiences (eg: knowing when the other is about to call or visit; saying the exact same thing at the exact same time, it's hilarious!). We have totally opposite personalities and talents too. Oh, I love being a twin. I use to describe our relationship like this: "We're chalk & cheese, yet thick as thieves."

So, I was wondering if we shared a womb for 9 months, and share the same family, what else do we share???
Is my twin my soulmate?
Is she my twin flame?
Among our spirit guides, do we share one particular spirit guide that's only meant for us two, like a twin guide?
Knowing we are connected to everything & everyone, are we just so familiar with each that we are intuitively connected to each other?


I do have one theory, and that is we balance each other to the point of merging (eg: negative/positive, light/dark merge) making it so much easier to connect on a psychic level, therefore, making it appear that we are soulmates. Hey, it is just a theory, smiles.

no i don't believe so, imo twins are individuals regardless of whether they are identical or not, i do believe they have a strong 'psychic' link though

my husband and i are soul mates...twin flames...we are so opposite , yin/yang..and we both sponge off of eachother, helping eachother grow further spiritually...its so cute , cause we are both telepathic.....i believe we all have one...yet i wonder if people don't recognize theirs, thru ignorance...

I tested that it would be helpful for me to state my truth about these questions, and obtained permission to test for what the answers were (again, these are "my truth" and my present understanding, using my best abilities to discern them...)

(1) Your physical twin is your soulmate, not your Twin Flame, as far as I can determine. There is a thread in this section where definitions of these were discussed.
(2) It seems that you have separate and distinct guides - as you might expect - because although you may be genetically very similar, there will be differences of karma, skills, Soul aims in life, and ancestral lineages to a certain extent.
(3) Apparently you are - as is often the case with twins - closely attuned intuitively.

I haven't gone into any other detail, but if you were to develop (or use if you have already developed) a method of "testing your truth" about any subject under the sun, you could doubtless pursue this line of enquiry and get much more information about your relationship and attributes, past history and the like...
