Mayan Astrology, Portal Days & Core Days

Hello All,

I've been interested in Mayan astrology for a while now and I keep up to date on Portal days and Core days which we are now going through (Jan 10, portal days finish and core days go from Jan 14 to Feb 2nd). I know these to be days when there are cosmic energy portals open raining down upon us to help in shifting through layers of consciousness, allowing us to lift our vibratory levels, work through worn out patterns etcll!

I have been feeling very tired and all over the place energetically since late last year and am now starting to feel like I have done a load of re-balancing over the first part of 2007, has anyone else felt like this? I feel this could be because of the portal energy and also the shift in vibration from 2006 to 2007.

Does anyone else have further interesting info about portal days and core days and the whole Mayan calnedar in an easy to understand format (as much on the calendar seems very complicated) e.g Kin Days, Tribes, Tones??

Thanks for getting back to me! During a core day our actual core or centre is being worked on and elevated. I'm looking on the net for more information and if I find any good links I'll post em.

Today is the last portal day for Jan and I feel like my head is stuck in a vacuum :> Looking forward to the assimilation of the last few days until the core days start next Sunday.

Thanks so much deltawaves for starting this thread as I've never even heard of "core days" and/or "portal days" other than 11-11 and 12-12 etc.

I am very aware of these energies raining down on us but have just been calling it something different. I think this happenes so much anymore. We're all basically talking about the same issues but just calling them different things. I've been referring to these energy blasts as increased energies coming from the Galactic Center, through our Sun, in the form of solar flares. I'm sure it's all the same thing and energy however.

I've been posting articles that also deal with these same energy increases on my 'Ascension Process' thread because that woman also lists the numerous different physical and emotional effects of these energies on us. And yes....all of Dec 06 was horribly intense and brought in tons of change through our bodies as ususal. Thanks again for sharing this link. :smile:

Great!! Thanks Lapis for your insights. I agree we all call these energies bombarding us something different. go to the section on portal days till you find the dreamspell calendar info to download. With this on your desktop you can see what energies are working each day according to the Mayan calendar and you can also see what was working on the day you were born, by plugging in your date of birth. You can find out if you were born on a portal day or core day which may explain why some of us feel such a need to elevate ourselves and others this lifetime xxx

Thanks Lapis!!! This site is wonderful. I'm enjoying the core days we are under at the moment until Feb 2. So much big stuff (a house move I've been wanting for 10 years! & new business opportunities I had never dreamed of) is moving for me as I'm consciously working with the energies.

Hello, I too am very interested in The Mayan Calendar.:wink: I went on a Lecture cruise to visit Mayan Temples in Belize with The David Wilcock Group. He is a young man who spent most of his life compiling information about every thing you can think of in order to find out how everything is connected. Science, Geometry,Astronomy, Mathematics, I could go on but then there would be a book here so I will just post some of the sites that relate to the Mayans and their Calendar.

Yes The Mayan site is great, I ike the Portal information.
I checked out David Wilcock's site and it didn't resonate with me, expecially the doctored up photos of him and his friends claiming to be Edgar Cayce's soul group reincarnations. This all sounds to me like an ego cashing in on Cayce's renown.

thanks for the links, i've been v interested in the Mayan calendar since late last year, looking at the Mayan Majix site etc and have been going thru some amazing changes since last October... my whole world's been turned upside down!! Getting rid of all the deadwood and a toxic ex partner, moving countries etc etc...

It's great to read your post and about all the positive changes you are making. I am also making so many changes, moving home, self-employed sound & colour healer/teacher, it really pushes every button to get out there and blaze your own trail. I met a wonderful couple of people about 6 weeks ago who gave me further information about the Mayan Calendar and how it relates to me specifically. The information we need comes from the most beautiful sources in our laps as we need it. Thanks for your post.
